Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in the securities of U.S. companies. It will invest primarily in equity securities (e.g., common stock) of large-capitalization U.S. companies (generally those among the 500 largest U.S. companies by market capitalization). It is non-diversified.

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in constituents of the index and/or investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to the economic characteristics of such constituents. The index is based on a rules-based methodology overseen and implemented by the WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Index Committee. It is non-diversified.
