About TXXS
Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund"s assets in, or provide exposure equal to, financial instruments that the Adviser and Sub-Adviser believe, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the fund"s investment objective of seeking daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily price performance of SUI. The fund does not invest directly in SUI. The fund is non-diversified.
About MST
The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by entering into derivatives transactions (i.e., swap agreements and options contracts) to gain long exposure to MicroStrategy Incorporated ("MSTR," or the "Underlying Security"). The fund is non-diversified.
