About TXXS

Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund"s assets in, or provide exposure equal to, financial instruments that the Adviser and Sub-Adviser believe, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the fund"s investment objective of seeking daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily price performance of SUI. The fund does not invest directly in SUI. The fund is non-diversified.

About SOLT

SOL is a digital asset that is created and transmitted through the operations of the peer-to-peer network (the "Solana Network"), a decentralized network of computers that operates on cryptographic protocols. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in "SOL-Linked Instruments. The fund is non-diversified.
