About XRPT

XRP is a digital asset that is created and transmitted through the operations of the "XRP Ledger," a decentralized and public ledger upon which XRP transactions are processed and settled. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in XRP-Linked Instruments. The fund is non-diversified.

About TXXS

Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund"s assets in, or provide exposure equal to, financial instruments that the Adviser and Sub-Adviser believe, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the fund"s investment objective of seeking daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily price performance of SUI. The fund does not invest directly in SUI. The fund is non-diversified.
