AFR NuVenture Resources Inc., an exploration stage company, engages in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in North America. It explores for nickel, copper, and silver metals. The company holds 100% interest in the Mary Ann's Lake property that includes 14 claims covering an area of approximately 224 hectares located in the Richmond County, Nova Scotia on Cape Breton Island. It also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Massey property, which consists of 94 claims covering an area of approximately 2000 hectares located in Timmins, Ontario. The company was formerly known as African Metals Corporation and changed its name to AFR NuVenture Resources Inc. in November 2021. AFR NuVenture Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1980 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
