It also has an option to acquire 100% of the Vardenis copper-gold project located in central Armenia. The company was formerly known as Fremont Gold Ltd. and changed its name to Hayasa Metals Inc. in November 2024. Hayasa Metals Inc. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
