It also has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Shirley Central Property which consist of 30 claims covering approximately 269 hectares located in the Wyoming, the United States; and 80% interest in the Duck Creek Property consisting of 78 lode mining claims and four State of Wyoming mineral leases which cover approximately 1,036 hectares located in Wyoming, the United States. The company was formerly known as Indigo Exploration Inc. and changed its name to Noble Plains Uranium Corp. in May 2025. Noble Plains Uranium Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
