It owns interests in Project 81, covering 18,000 hectares; Holdsworth gold property covering 317 hectares; the Nagagami Carbonatite Complex covering 4,619 hectares; the Boulder Project covering 210 hectares; and Lucas Township Gold Project in Ontario. It also owns interests in the Buckingham Graphite Property covering 721 hectares; the Havre St Pierre Nickel, Copper, PGM property covering 325 hectares; the Cere-Villebon Nickel, Copper, PGM property covering 1,573 hectares; the Chateau Uranium/Rare Earth property covering 569 hectares; the Taser North Uranium/Molybdenum property covering 461 hectares; the REE Mehmet Property covering 4,473 hectares; the Gull Lake REE Property covering 3,300 hectares; and the Opawica Scandium and REE Property covering 1,232 hectares in Quebec. The company was formerly known as Ring of Fire Resources Inc. and changed its name to Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. in March 2012. The company is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
