Next Phase Ventures Ltd., an agricultural cleantech company, produces and processes industrial hemp in North America. The company manufactures products using a process known as HempTrain, which enables the production of a range of hemp-based commercial and consumer products. Hempalta Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
