Canopy Growth Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the production, distribution, and sale of cannabis and cannabis-related products for medical and adult use in Canada, Germany, the United States, and internationally. The company operates through two segments, Cannabis and Storz & Bickel. It also provides vaporizers and accessories; dried flower and pre-rolled joints, oil, and vapes and beverages; extracts and concentrates, such as softgel capsules; and cannabis edibles, including gummies. The company was formerly known as Tweed Marijuana Inc. and changed its name to Canopy Growth Corporation in September 2015. Canopy Growth Corporation is headquartered in Smiths Falls, Canada.
