Global Atomic Corporation engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of uranium properties in Africa. The company operates through the Uranium Business and Electric Arc Furnace Dust (EAFD) Business segments. It also explores zinc deposits. In addition, the company holds 80% interest in the Dasa project, a sandstone-hosted uranium deposit located in the Republic of Niger. Further, it operates a zinc recycling plant located in Iskenderun, Turkey that processes electric arc furnace dust into zinc oxide concentrates, which is sold to zinc smelters.
