The company operates and/or franchises restaurants under the Swiss Chalet, Harvey’s, Montana’s, Kelsey’s, East Side Mario’s, Prime Pubs, Bier Markt, The Landing Group of Restaurants, New York Fries, St-Hubert, Original Joe’s, State & Main, Elephant & Castle, The Burger’s Priest, The Pickle Barrel, The Keg, Anejo, Blanco Cantina, Casey’s, Fresh, Ultimate Kitchens, Fionn MacCool’s, and Marigolds & Onions brand names. As of December 26, 2021, it operated 1,261 restaurants located in the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, India, and the United Arab Emirates. The company was formerly known as Cara Operations Limited and changed its name to Recipe Unlimited Corporation in May 2018. Recipe Unlimited Corporation was founded in 1883 and is headquartered in Vaughan, Canada. As of October 28, 2022, Recipe Unlimited Corporation operates as subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited.
